Abstract Mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) is a rare subgroup of B-cell non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL) that occurs in approximately 6% of NHL patients. Chronic hepatitis and cirrhosis may promote hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) development. Here, we report an even rarer case with coexisting HCC and MCL.
