Abstract Hemobilia is a rare medical condition with variety of etiologies. Among them, two in thirds are iatrogenic. Hemobilia combined with acute pancreatitis is unusual. Herein we reported a case of hemobilia with acute pancreatitis secondary to biliary tract infection.
